Faeces

This is out to dog owners. Especially irresponsible ones who doesn’t clean up aft their own pet dog. Firstly, if you say that you’re a true blue singaporean, YOU should be cleaning up after your own dog. I mean seriously. SG is well know for its clean and green environment and there you are allowing your own dog to poo here and there and YOU as its owner is not taking any responsibility to clear its shit. And pls, if it poos on the grass prolly its ok(it acts as a fertilizer to the plant but to think about it, poo attracts flies and hences may cause the spread of disease in serious cases) but omg,if you let your dog poo on pavements where thousands of residents walk on, you seriously dont deserve to have a dog. 

secondly, please, if you dont clean up your dog’s poo, who’s gna do it for you? the cleaner? is it their responsibility to make sure the dog’s poo is clear or is it the dog owner’s responsibility. i know that it is the cleaner’s job scope to keep the area they are allocated with clean. but cleaners are human with different status. but to me, they are the people whom we should respect most. not to take advantage of their presence. no human on earth would want to do something so gross like picking up faeces. if you as dog owner do not want to clear its faeces, then fine, dont keep a dog! 

i’m saying this because i nearly stepped onto dog shit twice this month. and apparently, the second time, it was at the lift lobby. and it wasnt one piece(? do you call it piece?) it was like 4/5 pieces of shit all around the floor. and apparently, some looked squashed which shows that people have stepped on it before. seriously, as dog owners,dont be so irresponsible.
